What We Believe

  • We believe in one God—Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.
  • Jesus Christ is our Savior, the Lord of Lords and King of Kings. He gave His life for our sins and rose again three days later, offering us eternal life.
  • The Bible is the true and inspired Word of God, our foundation for faith and life.
  • We believe in the reality of Heaven and Hell.
  • Our faith community is like a stained glass window—each person reflects God’s light in a unique way. When we come together, our shared faith creates something even more beautiful.

Our History

Our parish is the union of two faithful congregations, Springdale Lutheran and West Blue Mounds Lutheran, each with deep roots in the communities they serve. Though established separately in the 1800s by Norwegian settlers, these churches now operate as one family under a shared mission and ministry. Together, they continue a legacy of worship, service, and community that spans generations.
